Phil-Am started from a simple conviction: families deserve real security and real coverage without the confusion. Rochelle grew up in the Philippines, a country with no Medicare, thin coverage and a lack of care that she watched hold people back. Ryan spent years inside insurance carriers, working every side of the business, and saw how the system actually runs. They built Phil-Am to put that knowledge to work for the people on the other side of the desk. Today they raise eight children in the Houston suburbs and run the agency the way they run their home: people over dollars.
